With the Umbrella Set Up - You are able to have two or more Zedonk Systems linked under ONE UMBRELLA.
You will have an Additional Dropdown next to the Season Dropdown - which will allow you to manage two or more Divisions/Entities/Arms of your Company.
As you can see above:
UMBRELLA INC is one Division
UMBRELLA LIMITED is the other
Reasons that a Company will require the Umbrella System:
> For setting up a different Company/Entity and are wanting to manage it under ONE Zedonk - This allows them to manage and have different Company names, addresses, VAT rates, stock locations etc, and produce accurate paperwork to represent this
> Dividing Warehouse physical locations - for example, UK and EU (so that the paperwork produced out of Zedonk is relevant for where the goods have come from)
> They are wanting to separate their Business Factions - RTW/ Eyewear etc
You can choose to share some key data points so you don't have to create this data twice - such as:
> Customers
> Products
> Raw Materials
You can also individually manage each Division and can have independent:
> Company information
> Raise separate Sales Orders
> Manage Stock completely independent of each other
....etc
