Manufacturers - Add MID Code

You are required to provide the MID (Manufacturers Identification Code) code on export invoices.

Select Manufacturer record, enter MID Code and click [Save]

From HOME PAGE. select MANUFACTURER and enter MID CODE in relevant record

Select [Update MID Code on Products] to update all existing Products

The MID code will then pull through to products on DUTY and EXPORT invoices.

Finding MID Codes - First ask your Manufacturer for their MID code

If they cannot give you one, you can make one yourself following instructions from the US Customs and Excise website ...see link below
