WooCommerce Connector - Overview and Activation

You can connect your Zedonk to one or more WooCommerce Stores

1. Create a catalogue of products you want to add to WooCommerce and push it directly from Zedonk to WooCommerce.

2. Push Available To Sell (ATS) figures from Zedonk to WooCommerce (if required).

3. WooCommerce Sales to make automatic adjustments to remove the items from your Zedonk inventory (if required).

4. WooCommerce Refunds to make automatic adjustments to add the items to your Zedonk inventory (if required).

Please ensure that your both your WooCommerce database and WooCommerce Plugins are on the latest version

WooCommerce Connector

Each WooCommerce Store would require to purchase a separate connector.

You will need to take these actions in WooCommerce before we can set up your connector:

6. Description - Input a friendly name for identifying this connector
7. Select a user
8. Set Permissions to "Read/Write"
9. Click "Generate API key"

Note down both the "Consumer key" and "Consumer secret" details as you will then need to provide these to us, in order to set up your connector.

You now need to set up your "Permalinks":

4. Select "Custom base" and input "/product/"

[Save Changes]

We will need this information from you, in order to set up your connector:

• Consumer key

• Consumer secret

• URL of your website

• WooCommerce Variant SKU

The Integration uses the WooCommerce Variant SKU field as the unique identifier. Please let us know which option you would like to use:

WooCommerce Variant SKU = Zedonk Barcode (default option - Barcode Module required)

WooCommerce Variant SKU = Product ID+(space)+Size

WooCommerce Variant SKU = Zedonk Style+(space)+Size
