You have run the pick, OR re managed your orders and products and made your selection...
You are ready to create Pick Tickets/Delivery Notes
When you are ready to push your allocated units out to documents, click on [Create]
Select to create Pick Tickets or Delivery Notes
(Think of a Pick Ticket as a 'draft' delivery note. Later from ORDERS on the HOME SCREEN, you can convert pick tickets to delivery notes and you can also merge pick tickets for the same order into one pick ticket enabling you to create one delivery note)
You can enter a reference for the batch of documents you are about to create (batch reference)
You can use this batch reference to search from the Home Screen/Orders when you are ready to print or export the documents you have created.
N.B Remember only SELECTED orders will have documents created for them.
Once the document is created it is removed from the pick screen and the product inventory screen is updated, for more information read this.
If you were working with saved allocation units, the units in the Allocated Column will move to the 'Pick Tickets' column if you created a pick ticket, or to the 'DNs Unshipped' column if you've raised a Delivery Note. e.g as below:
Zedonk will create Pick Tickets/Delivery Notes. From there you can choose to return to the Allocation module or go to the Pick Tickets/Delivery Notes that were created as part of the batch in the ORDERS module.
