Once you have run your pick, you can make further amendments to your stock allocation quantities.
When you reopen a saved stock allocation you will still be able to amend the quantities.
This will clear all stock already picked for just those orders that are currently selected and will then run the picking process.
Orders which are deselected will be left alone and will keep any existing stock allocation.
This will clear all stock already picked for all orders, including those that may be selected/deselected, and then re-run the picking process.
If after running the pick you have partial product allocations and don't want to raise a pick ticket for these partially allocated quantities (or maybe these are yours/your customer's terms); you can 'Zero Out Partial Lines' to remove these partial pick quantities from the pick.
This may occur if, for example, your inventory levels have reduced after you have saved your allocations (maybe due to a negative stock adjustment etc). OR if you are manually entering allocation quantities and enter more than your closing stock quantity levels.
On the product/s and size/s with over committed quantities, the yellow warning triangle will appear as above.
If you are manually amending the allocation quantities and enter more than is available to allocate, the below message will show at the top of the screen:
Any excess allocation quantities will also be flagged in the 'Allocated Stock' column of your product stock inventory with the yellow warning triangle:
Allocation - Managing Individual Orders
Allocation - Managing Order Selection
or if happy with the automatic pick quantities - you can raise your pick tickets/delivery notes:
