Introduction to Dashboards

Zedonk: Unlock the Power of Your Business Data

Transform the way you manage and understand your operations with Zedonk, an intuitive dashboard module designed specifically for the fashion industry. With daily insights and powerful visual analytics, making informed decisions has never been easier.

Zedonk’s dashboards delivers relevant metrics to each team member; ensuring users across production, design, sales, and beyond can easily access the data that matters to them at a glance.

The tool also allows you to apply filters, drill down into widgets, and export data for deeper analysis and reporting.

The dashboards module is an additional paid module, if you're interested in taking up this module, please reach out to our client success team at [email protected]. There is also an offer of a free trial for 30 days.

Each Dashboard is tailored to a specific role/position within the industry. The 9 default dashboards are as follows:

  1. Collection Overview - created for Development team members
  2. Collection Performance - created for Sales and Merchandising team members
  3. Sales Order Overview - created for Sales and Merchandising team members
  4. Sales Order Fulfilment - created for Sales and Logistics team members
  5. Material Purchase Orders - created for Development and Production team members
  6. Material Inventory - created for Production team members
  7. Product Production Orders - created for Production team members
  8. Product Inventory - created for Logistics, E-commerce, and Accounts team members
  9. Costs & Revenue - created for Accounts and Executive team members

Access to each of the above dashboards can be assigned to users accordingly. For example, if you don't have access to the product stock inventory area in Zedonk, you can still review the top-line values on the Inventory dashboard if you have access to the 'Product Inventory' dashboard.

It's important to note that the data on the dashboards is not live, but as per your last refresh. This can always be referenced within the dashboard header.

Each client's system will refresh daily, but you have the option to manually refresh the system's dashboard backend data twice a day.
