On the top left you can see the filters currently applied. Each of them with a red cross next to it.
NOTE that some filters are applied by default (i.e. Visible) in order for the list to only show records visible in this season.
The quickest way to include invisible records in your list is to remove the filter 'Visible'.
Click on the red cross
The list now includes invisible records, which are all the Products or Materials from all other seasons.
Green V = Product is visible in this season.
Grey V = Product is NOT visible in this season.
Click [Clear Filter] to re-set your filters to default
(The Visible filter re-appears and the invisible records are no longer in the list)
Alternatively, you can control filters in the Select/Move/Filter pop-up
Tick to include Visible and/or Invisible
OK to apply the filter
