You can search and filter by any of the fields available on the List View, plus other additional fields for Filter Only.
Access the Select/Move/Filter pop-up
Some attributes allow you to tick what you want to include
Text fields: just type in the box
The filter logic will automatically switch to 'Contains', but you have the option to change it to any of the other available logics.
Dropdown fields: Select one or more options in the dropdown.
The filter logic will automatically switch to 'Is', but you have the option to change it to any of the other available logics.
Date fields: Select a date
The filter logic will automatically switch to 'Is', but you have the option to change it to any of the other available logics.
Switch to 'From-To' if you want to filter by a date range.
Scroll to the bottom of the menu to find the FILTER ONLY fields
These fields cannot be added and displayed on your List View, but you can still search/filter by them
In the example above, I am looking in my Sales Orders List View, for all Sales Order Confirmations that include the 'Camden Dress'
OK to apply the search/filter
CLEAR FILTER to reset to default
