Book In - Data Import - Create Book In or In Transit

You can create a single or multiple Book Ins against a Production Order using the Data Import template

Select [Download Template]

Select the docket you wish to create a Book In for from the pop up and click [Export x Docket] to download Book In template

Open file in excel to add data

This will download a CSV file populated with details from the Production Order

1. DOCKET: Docket Number

2. REFERENCE: Optional, this field populates Book In Reference

To create multiple Book Ins for the same Docket on one upload, you MUST give each Book In a different Reference

3. PRODUCT ID: Details of Products included

4. SIZE: Size listed on docket

5. BARCODE: Corresponding barcode number

6. DOCKET QUANTITY: Total quantity listed on this docket

7. QUANTITY: Units to be booked in

If using barcodes ensure to reformat Barcode column to number format
