Sales App - Help!

For Online Help, Backup, Restore, and Checking for Updates

The Help screen

1. Online Help - this will take you to Zedonkopedia Articles for the Sales App

2. Backup - Zedonk App will perform an automatic backup every time you submit an order, send an email or sync.

You can also do manual backups anytime you are online by clicking on BACKUP.

If you are offline you will see a message informing you.

3. Restore - you can restore any backup to your Sales App

Click on RESTORE and click on the BACKUP you want to RESTORE

Click on the DOWNLOAD ICON

Click YES but READ the WARNING FIRST!!

Your BACKUP has been restored.

4. Check for Update- check if you are using the latest version and download it.

This will ensure that you get all the most recent functions and that you are getting the best out of the system.

5. Export System Log - only click this button if directed to by Zedonk HQ
