Sales App - Orders - Buyer Quantify Order

You can permit your Buyers to Quantify their orders and submit them directly into Zedonk Web

You will need an open sales order in Sales App

Click on ... and select Buyer Quantify

Now you see the email screen

1. This is the order that you are sending

2. Select the client email adress by clicking on ' + ' and choosing one to use

3. These email settings are coming from your SETTINGS , for more information read here

4. Click here to select document to send to client - you must send ORDER SHEET to permit your buyers to use this function.

5. You can determine how long the link is available to use up to a maximum of 30 days

6. Chose further data to include or exclude on Order Sheet

7. You email footer - created in SETTINGS, for more information, read here

Click SEND.....

In your ORDER LIST VIEW, you can see that it has been sent and you are still awaiting their quantities
