Sales App - Orders - Submit to Zedonk Web

When you have completed the sales order you can submit it to Zedonk Web. You can select if the sales orders enter Zedonk Web as UNAPPROVED or APPROVED

From Orders you can see all orders by submitted or waiting to be submitted
From ORDERS you can see all orders; submitted or waiting to be submitted

1. This order is waiting to be submitted - you can still make changes to it.

2. This order has been submitted to Zedonk Web and is waiting for the SO Number

Click on [...] at the top of the page and then click on [Get Order Status]
Click on the '... ' at the top of the page and then click on GET ORDER STATUS
The Order updates with the SO number from Zedonk Web - once generated you cannot amend this order

The order that is submitted to Zedonk Web will appear in the season you selected in your Zedonk Connector Setting and can be viewed in Order List View.

If the order stays as PENDING in the Sales App and/or you cannot see it in Zedonk Web - then please go to Zedonk Web>Connectors>Sales App and click on Task:Orders-Import

The order should now appear in ORDERS in  Zedonk Web and in ORDERS>SUBMITTED in the Sales App
