Step 10: Integrate Zedonk with external systems

Zedonk integrates with 60+ software providers and the list is ever-growing. With just a few clicks you can easily transfer your product data, and stock figures to your B2B and e-commerce tools. You can also export invoices/credit notes and customer details from Zedonk to your accounting software. Finally, you can synchronise your product data and inventory with your warehouse management systems and other providers.

Accounting/Finance Software

You can export invoices/credit notes you created in Zedonk to Sage and Xero in the CSV format using tools that are available to all our customers, free of charge. The CSV file is pre-formatted, making it easy to import to your accounting software:

We also offer an API integration that allows you to export customer details, and invoices/credit notes you created in Zedonk to Xero, QuickBooks and Fortnox. The sync is done by logging in to your accounting software and synchronising the data between Zedonk and your accounting system with a couple of clicks, without the need to work with the CSV files. These integrations are not included in our standard offering and need to be purchased by your company. Speak to our Client Success Team to learn more.

If your accounting software is not listed above, contact our Client Success Team to discuss further. Remember that you can always export a financial report that includes your invoice/credit note details in a CSV format and rename the columns to map the details required by your accounting software. For example: Reports > System Reports > Sales > Order Tracker > Full Invoice/Credit

Additionally, you can integrate Zedonk with Hilldun, accounts receivable management software and Fattura Elettronica, dedicated to our Italian clients who must submit electronic invoicing to the tax authorities. Both integrations need to be purchased by your company.

B2B Wholesale

If you are using an online B2B wholesale platform, you can automate the creation of styles, line sheets, images, customers, and inventory on your wholesale platform by exporting the data from Zedonk. You can also import sales orders from your B2B wholesale platform to Zedonk.

Remember that we offer Digital Showroom, Zedonk's B2B wholesale platform that does not require any integration and Zedonk's B2B Offline Sales App:

E-commerce

If you are using an e-commerce platform, such as Shopify and WooCommerce, similarily to our B2B wholesale integrations, you can automate the creation of styles, line sheets, images, customers, and inventory on your e-commerce platform by exporting the data from Zedonk. You can also import sales orders and/or stock adjustments from your e-commerce platform to Zedonk.

Warehouse Management Systems (3PL)
