Decide which products to export to JOOR and how to group them. When you create the Catalogue - you will choose from some JOOR default options and others you can create your own - see below:

1. LINESHEET NAME - choose from Joor options.
2. LINESHEET SEASON - must match in Zedonk/Joor
3. STYLE CATEGORY GENDER - choose from Joor options
4. STYLE CATEGORY -  choose from Joor options
5. STYLE SUB CATEGORY - choose from Joor options
6. SILHOUETTE - enter your own choice

Click '+ Linesheet' and enter the 'Linesheet Name'. You can create multiple Linesheets.

Enter the Linesheet Name as per the Linesheet in Joor, then 'OK & Add Another' to add another Linesheet Name or 'OK & Go In' to move onto the season name options for the Linesheet you are in.

Click '+ Season' and select the season name from the drop-down menu. These are your Zedonk seasons and they must match your Joor season names.

Click '+ Gender' and choose from the Joor options.

Click '+ Category' and choose from the Joor options.

Add a Section to create a 'Subcategory'  from a Joor drop-down (see next step) or go straight to add products.

Click '+ Subcategory' (optional), and choose from the Joor options.

Select '+ Silhouette' (optional), and enter your silhouette name.

Click on the relevant category - in this example, it is a 'Silhouette' section - then click '+ Add Product'.

Use filters to find the products you want to add to this section, then select the products and click 'Add X Products'.

Find your products using the search features:

1. Filter by Season
2. Filter by Product Category
3. Enter data to filter by
4. Click 'Select All Displayed' to add all listed products
5. Select individual products
6. Click 'Clear All Displayed' to clear your selection
7. Click 'Add X Products' to add selected products

The Img column shows if you have 'Image 1' available for each product.

If the product has already been added to the catalogue, it will be greyed out. The icon in the second column from the left will indicate whether the product already exists in the section you are working in (folder icon) or it exists in the catalogue in a section you are not currently working in (book icon). You cannot add the same product to more than one linesheet.

Successfully added products will be listed in the required Style Category/ Sub category/ Silhouette list view:

You have the option to assign a different 'Joor Style Name' and/or  'Joor Description' to each product before proceeding with the Product Export. Click on each product and type the required text in the available fields. Click 'OK'

You may edit this information in bulk via your Connector Catalogue List view. Click 'Edit' on your catalogue list view.

Type the new Joor Style Name and Joor description into the relevant fields, then click 'Save'.
