The Le New Black Connector seamlessly integrates Zedonk with Le New Black.
The Connector can export Customers, Products and Images for Non-Inventory Users.
The Connector can export Customers, Products, Images, and Available To Sell Stock and Future Available To Sell Stock (Available WIP) for Inventory Users.
The Connector can import Approved Sales Orders from Le New Black to Zedonk.
You can find your Sales Orders within the Orders area of Zedonk.
Important Requirements for the interface to work correctly:
1. All products must have a barcode number both in Zedonk and Le New Black. Only products with barcode numbers (in Zedonk) will go from Zedonk to Le New Black. And, only products with barcode numbers (in LNB) will go from Le New Black to Zedonk Sales Orders.
If you are a first-time user of Zedonk and Le New Black, you can export your Customers and Products from Zedonk, which will create them in Le New Black.
If you are already using Le New Black and have started using the Le New Black Connector, you must ensure that all Products have been allocated with their respective Barcode number in both systems.
2. All Customers must have a Customer Account Code assigned, both in Zedonk and LeNewBlack (Customer Account Code is Customer Code in Le New Black). The Customer Account Code and Customer Account Code need to match exactly for the orders to be imported into Zedonk. You can export your Customer records in Zedonk to Le New Black through the connector to save time and reduce errors.
