Monitor the Import/Export actions and potential errors in the Connector's Activity.
Go to Connectors > Joor Connector > Activity
Use the direction filter to specifically view the Import/Export actions as needed.
You can see the Date/Time of the actions and the status (Done or Error). Click on the "+" plus icon to display more details.
To display more details for multiple imports, select them from the activity list view > 'Selected' menu > 'Expand Details'
Activity Examples
An example of an Import successfully processed without errors (Status: Done) showing the two files processed and orders created in Zedonk.
An example of an Order Import processed with errors (Status: Error). Three files could not be processed because the Customer Code did not match any of the Customer Account Codes present in Zedonk.
Check and amend Customer Code/Account Code details accordingly in Joor or Zedonk to make sure the Customer/Account Code is present. Re-export the Order in Joor for a new updated file to be generated and re-import the Order import in Zedonk.
