With the Digital Showroom Tool, the buyer will gain access to their own Buyer Portal which they can access from any desktop/device.
Here they can browse through all your products on the Linesheets and add products and quantities.
Once quantities have been finalised, they can hit SUBMIT and this will automatically submit their order to the Orders area of your System.
The Digital Showroom Tool grants access to two modules - Line Sheets and Selections, which in collaboration allows the below functionalities:
Linesheets Customisation: Select from a range of fonts and tools to tailor your preferred layout.
Split line sheets by Colour or Swatches: You can create line sheets by individual product by colour or group your product and add corresponding swatch options.
More Product Media options: You can now add up to 4 product images, 1 swatch, a 360-degree image and 1 video per product.
Adding Description: You can now add additional descriptions for each product on the Buyer Portal.
Assign Badges: Highlight key products and assign badges to your products such as "Bestseller" or "Lookbook".
Recommend Products to your Buyers: You can now send additional products as recommendations based on the buyer's interest.
Buyer Portal: Send a link to the Buyer Portal for your buyers to add quantities, save their progress and submit their orders directly into the Orders module in your Zedonk.
New Customer Link: Create a new customer record by sending a link to your prospect which will take them to a form submission.
A Message Room: You can message and communicate with brands directly.
