Create Sections and Sub-Sections and add Products to the Line Sheet
1. Name: Enter Title of the Section
2. Select Top Level Section for it to become an new independent section or select the Section you wish for this to be Sub-Section under
You can add up to 5 Sub-Sections
3. OK & Add Another: Stay on this pop-up and continue create additional sections and sub-sections
Use the Re-Arrange icon to shuffle and re-arrange your sections and sub-sections
Select your Product one by one and choose their respective Sections/Sub-Sections and click [OK]
1. Include: Select the Colours you wish to Include to the Line Sheet
2. Main Colour: Select the Main Colour of the Line Sheet - this will be main Product Image and the other colours will appear as swatches underneath the main product
To view an example of how this will appear on the Buyer Portal, please see 1. Select your Default Style for creating your Line Sheets / Selections - These will appear as per below:
Any product already added will be greyed out to indicate that it is already present, but you will still be able to select that product and add it into a different section.
E.g. If you have an embellished t-shirt and two sections 'Embellished' and 'T Shirts' and you could add the product to both sections for your customer to locate.
As pictured above - when a product is selected again the line will be grey and the text will go back to black, when newly added it will be highlighted in blue as normal.
