Digital Showroom - Selections - Messages

You can exchange messages with your Customers within the Messages Tab

You will be prompted with a Message symbol on the List View when there is a new message to respond to

Once the order is submitted, these messages will convert to notes in the order's Order Tracker

Communication in the portal for reference: 

The notes located on the 'notes' tab of the submitted order's Order Tracker

When the order is submitted you will also receive a transcript of the messages within the confirmation email
