You now have more options of attachments that can be available to your customers via the Buyer Portal. Here, you can set the attachment options for you to select at the point of emailing the portal.
You have an individual file limit of 100Mb per file and 1000MB for all files.
ATTACHMENTS LIBRARY:
To add to your attachments library:
1. A breakdown of your storage allowance and available allowance.
2. Click 'Add' to create a new attachment option.
3. Click 'Delete' to remove a selected attachment option.
If you click 'Delete' on an attachment that has already been added to one or more portals/selections you will get a warning pop-up:
4. Click this icon to rearrange the order of the attachment options.
5. All existing attachment options you have uploaded will be listed here.
6. Your Zedonk title for this attachment - this is what it will be titled in the Buyer Portal.
7. The actual attachment's file name - this will be what the file name is once downloaded by your portal user.
8. Click 'Select File' to upload a new file
9. Click 'Download' to download a copy of the uploaded file.
10. You can upload X amount of attachments with a file size limit of to 100Mb each. The file format must be one of the below options:
- Word file
- Excel file
- JPG
- PNG
- MP4
