Decide which products to export to JOOR and how to group them.

When you create the catalogue - you will choose from some JOOR default options and others you can create your own - see below:

1. LINESHEET NAME - enter your own choice - you can have multiple sections in one catalogue
2. LINESHEET SEASON - to match in Zedonk/Joor
3. STYLE CATEGORY GENDER - choose from JOOR options
4. STYLE CATEGORY -  choose from JOOR options
5. STYLE SUB CATEGORY - choose from JOOR options
6. SILHOUETTE - enter your own choice

1. Click '+ Linesheet'

Input the 'Linesheet Name' you want to see in Joor. You enter your own text here. You can create multiple Linesheets . CLICK SAVE

N.B. You will not be able to add the same product to more than one linesheet

2. Enter Linesheet Name as per the Linesheet in Joor, then 'OK & Add Another' to add another Linesheet Name/ 'OK & Go In' to move onto the season name options for the Linesheet you are in.

OR, Click OK + 'Save'

3.  Within the Linesheet > click '+ Season' > Select the season name from the drop down menu

Select season from drop down (these are your Zedonk seasons  - appears in Joor as 'Linesheet Season Name'. Click OK + SAVE

4. Add the Gender and choose from the Joor options

Select the 'Style Category Gender' from drop down - this is a default list from JOOR. Click 'OK' + 'Save'

5. Add the style category, this is a default list from JOOR

Click on the 'Style Category folder' you have created.

Now you choose -  Add Section to create a 'Subcategory'  from a Joor drop down (see next step)

...or go straight to add products.

Maybe you've created sub categories/ Silhouettes and are now ready to enter products

or

You're ready to add products from 'Style Category'

Click on the relevant category - In this example it is a 'Style Silhouette' folder  - click 'ADD PRODUCT'.

Use filters to find the products you want to add to this section > Select the products and click 'Add X Products'

Find your products using any/all

1. Filter by season

2. Filter by Product Category

3. Enter data to search by

4. Click to 'Select All' listed products

5. Select individual products

6. To clear your displayed selection

7. Then click 'Add X Products'

The picture icon shows that you have a main image available for each product. It will be blank otherwise.

If the product has already been added, it will be greyed out. The icon in the second column from the left will indicate whether the product already exists in the section you are working in (folder icon) or it exists in the catalogue in a section you are not currently working in (book icon). Note that you cannot add the same product to two different sections.

Successfully added products will be listed in the required Style Category/ Sub category/ Silhouette list view:

Repeat for all categories and subcategories required.
