Commas and semi-colons can both be used as delimiters in CSV files, depending on the regional settings of Microsoft Excel on your device:
- Comma is the default delimiter in North America and some other countries.
- Semi-colon is the default delimiter in European countries, where commas are reserved for decimals.
You can switch the default delimiter on your Zedonk on the user level.
If you have an incorrect delimiter set on Zedonk you may notice any CSV file exported from Zedonk displays as per the example below (all columns are listed in the A1 cell rather than across the first row's cells):
