General Settings - User Management - Add New User

Add additional users to your account

To add a new user you must have purchased a licence for an additional user - (additional users are optional extras) - for more information please email [email protected]

Only Admin Users or users with access granted to Users Management will be able to create new users

From Users Management page click [+ New User]
Enter User Name
Enter new user General Details
  1. Enter contact name
  2. Enter contact email address
  3. Enter contact telephone numbers
  4. Enter a commission value if applicable
  5. Select if using as log in for Zedonk App ** only appears for Zedonk APP Users **  for more information on the Zedonk Sales App

 

Determine System Permissions by ticking which areas you wish the user to be able to access
Or copy permissions from Other User by selecting [Copy Permissions from Other User]

And select the User you wish to copy permissions from...
