Enter general default settings for your system
- Zero Display Symbol - Set how you want to display a 0 quantity in Zedonk and on PDFs
- Raw Material Costs Decimal Places - Max Decimal places required to cost 1 unit of Material. i.e. 1 button 0.009 --> 3 decimal places required
- Enforce Unique Customer Account Code - Not to allow for the same Customer Code to be assigned to more than one customer
- Product Weight - Unit of measurement for product weight in Zedonk and on PDFs
- Default Label Style - Default Style for Product Labels exported from Zedonk.
- Default Label Type - Default Type/Size for Product Labels exported from Zedonk.
- Password Expiry Days - Number of Days before the system forces users to change/update their password. Input 0 to disable it
- Enforce Strong Passwords - Forces users to define stronger passwords.
- Lock Addresses on Sales Documents - Addresses cannot be edited directly on Sales Documents, but need to be updated on the Customer record first.
- Lock Addresses on Production Dockets - Addresses cannot be edited directly on Production Dockets.
Enforce Strong Passwords means that passwords entered must be at least 8 characters long, not containing common words and must include three of the following categories:
- ONE OR MORE UPPER CASE CHARACTERS
- ONE OR MORE LOWER CASE CHARACTERS
- ONE OR MORE NUMBERS
- ONE OR MORE SYMBOLS
