Subscribe users to alerts for specific actions performed in your system. You can also acknowledge alerts, for example, to monitor changes across different departments.

The alert option can be set by a user and will be displayed on every page within your Zedonk
- Alert can be marked as read
- All alerts can be marked as read
- Go to the relevant record for the alert
- Review alerts Activity
Acknowledge alerts can only be set by the Admin user within User Management
Acknowledge alerts are visible for all users with this alert enabled.
Once the user has acknowledged the alert, acknowledge icon will no longer display. An acknowledgement tick will show up in the Activity area
The activity area will display all alerts and acknowledgements that the user is monitoring. You can use Quick Search or the Select/Move/Filter Tool to filter through the records.
