You can connect your Zedonk to your Xero.

*retail invoices are not included

*Please ensure there is only one email address in the email field in the contact record - Xero cannot accept multiple email addresses per contact, and additional contact records must be created in Zedonk.

If you are already using Xero, please ensure the customer's NAME in the two systems is identical. Otherwise, the connector will create a new customer in Xero.
When you enter a customer in Zedonk you see CAPITAL LETTERS but when these go to Xero they are case sensitive. If you do not like the way the customer name appears in Xero, you can change it in Zedonk and then sync again.
Product details are not sent to Xero.
Invoices and Credit Notes in Xero will be broken into:
- Zedonk Products, showing the total number of items and total goods value.
- Zedonk Discount, showing discount value.
- Zedonk Freight, showing freight value.
- Sales Tax.
