You can connect your Zedonk to your Fortnox.
1. Push customer records from Zedonk to Fortnox.
2. Push invoices and credit notes from Zedonk to Fortnox
Fortnox Connector (API)
The customers sync will match customers in the two systems based on the customer name.
If you are already using Fortnox, please make sure the customer names in the two systems are identical in order not to create duplicate entries on your first sync.
N.B. When you enter a customer in Zedonk you see CAPITAL LETTERS but when these go to Fortnox they are case sensitive. If you do not like the way the customer name appears in Fortnox, you can change in ZEDONK and then sync again.
Products details are not sent to Fortnox. Invoices and Credit Notes in Fortnox will be broken into:
- Zedonk Products, showing total number of items, Discount value and total goods value.
- Zedonk Freight, showing freight value.
- Sales Tax.
