Stock Export from Zedonk to Shopify sends AVAILABLE TO SELL from the selected seasons
AVAILABLE TO SELL = Opening Stock + any Stock Adjustments + Stock Booked In on production orders - Stock Required to fulfil the undelivered sales orders. This stock is on your premises.
Create Available To Sell (ATS)
ATS is created in a number of ways - here are examples of the most frequent
1. You order stock for your website
Create a Sales Order for 'web stock', go into production along with your other orders and then Force Close the Web Sales Order to release the stock - for further information on closing Sales Orders: Sales Orders - Order Status - Open or Force Close
2. You have Sales Order cancellations and/or under delivered Sales Order during the season
Any remaining pieces that are not delivered can be released into ATS by Force Closing the relevant Sales Order (link above to lesson).
Remember ATS figures will only exist (and populate) if you have booked in enough production to cover all outstanding Sales Orders.
3. You over enter quantities to a Production Order or over book in if you receive more than you ordered
Either create a Production Order from Sales Orders and then increase production quantities - Book Out - Add Production Order from Production Analysis Against Sales Orders
OR Book In Production Order -Book In - Create a Book In - with extra units if you receive more than expected.
