V3. Shopify Connector - Settings - Orders + Adjustment Import

Structure your Settings to work with how you have chosen to set up your Connector.

Select Settings
'Settings' > Tab: 'Settings'

1. Location Name: If you use Locations in Shopify you can tell the connector which Location you want the connector to work with.

2. Product Export Options: If you use the connector Product Export, but you have amended or any production information and you do not want Zedonk to overwrite them on your next Product Export. Tick or Untick accordingly.

Also choose which value you would like to use for your Shopify 'SKU' field, via 'Shopify SKU to'.

3. Sales Order Import Settings:

 

  • A. Select your created 'Shopify' Retail Customer.
  • B. Select the season you want the Sales Orders will be created in when a sale is processed in Shopify.
  • C. Assign a chosen Tag for your retail orders. For suggestions.
  • D. Allocate the owner of your Shopify retail orders (this will be based on your existing Zedonk users)
  • E. Select whether you want the retail orders to be imported as Approved (if ticked) or Unapproved  (if unticked).
  • F. Select whether you want the retail orders to import as Locked (when ticked) or Unlocked (when unticked).
  • G. Select whether you want any subdocuments to be raised as the retail order is imported. You will have the below options for this:

DN - Delivery Note

DN + IN - Delivery Note and Invoice

None - ( no documents generated )

PT - Pick Ticket (Allocation clients only)

'Settings' > Tab: 'Seasons'

1. EXPORT - Price

Select the season/s from which COST/RRP will be pushed to Shopify. If a product has different COST/RRP in two or more selected seasons, Zedonk will push the latest one. 

 

2. EXPORT - ATS

Select the season/s from which AVAILABLE TO SELL stock levels will be pushed to Shopify. If a product has stock in two or more selected seasons, Zedonk will push the total.

 

3. IMPORT - Adjustments

Select the season/s in which Shopify will import stock adjustments into when a sale or refund is processed in Shopify. Zedonk will make the adjustment in the latest season with positive stock, amongst the seasons selected.

 

click [Save]

Get Notifications of Connector Errors

Set up your LOG NOTIFICATION to tell you when there is a CONNECTOR ERROR

GO TO SETTINGS > MY USER DETAILS AND NOTIFICATION > NOTIFICATIONS > CONNECTORS
