You need to complete your Settings before you can Sync your products to Shopify.
If you already have your products in Shopify you must link them to Zedonk through the connector with the Product IDs Sync. Once products are linked you mustn't delete exported products in Shopify as they are linked to Zedonk and deleting linked products leads to ATS not being pushed through.
Open your Shopify and go to PRODUCTS. Please make sure all of your relevant barcode numbers, as recorded in Zedonk, are present in Shopify in the Barcode field.
Select All
When all your products are selected - click on 'Edit Products'
Click on 'Columns' + Select 'Barcode'
Ensure that the ZEDONK generated barcode is in the BARCODE column fields and is matched for each product
Once the above steps are complete, you are ready to link your products.
To do this go to CONNECTORS > Select the Shopify Connector > Actions > Product IDs - Sync: click on the green double-arrows icon.
This should now have linked the barcoded products from Zedonk to your barcoded Shopify products and you can proceed with the Stock Export
