This function provides the option to export your connector catalogue to CSV.
Go to Connectors > Shopify Connector > Actions > Product - CSV Download (Click on the Orange downward arrow)
The "CSV Download" file provides some key information.
- Shopify Product Type
- Product ID
- Product Description
- Shopify Product ID
- Shopify Title
- Size
- Barcode
- Shopify Variant ID
- Available To Sell
- Sale Price
If the "Shopify Variant ID" is missing this will inform you that there is no link between the two systems for this SKU.
This means Zedonk cannot update the stock level in Shopify and Shopify cannot update Zedonk with Web Sales or Returns.
