Refunds from Shopify are processed as a positive Stock Adjustment in Zedonk
When a refund has been processed, if you select "RESTOCK ITEM" in SHOPIFY, then an automatic adjustment is created in Zedonk.
The adjustment is created in the latest season, among those selected in your Shopify Connector settings, in which the item is visible and has positive stock.
If you have a carryover product in SS24 and AW24, with stock in both of them, and both seasons are selected in your Shopify Connector settings, the adjustment will be made in the more recent from your list. In this case AW24.
If any changes are made to the retail order in Shopify, updates to the retail order in Zedonk are sent via the Shopify Connector but the imported retail order quantities must be updated manually.
Use the Report, Products > Inventory > Full Product Adjustment to see all your Shopify Refunds.
Remove the CS filter (Current Season) in order to see all seasons at once.
FIlter by 'Adjustment Description' to contain the word Shopify
And you can sort by Adjustment Date Created to see the latest adjustents at the top.
