If you have chosen to use Sales Import functionality of the Shopify Connector, in isolation or alongside Stock Imports, you will need to set up some key things.
You will need to ensure you have all the currencies you accept payment in on Shopify, switched on in Zedonk Web to allow for all your orders to import accordingly.

What is a Retail Customer in Zedonk?
Zedonk now allows for Retail Orders to be submitted into Zedonk. This can be achieved through the Shopify Connector. Retail Customers are managed through your Customers in a New Field called TYPE.
You must create at least 1 Retail Customer in Zedonk to start to receive Sales Orders in from Shopify. Our recommendation for the Connector is to create one and name it Shopify.
You are able to then assign this in your Settings when you are filling out this area.
The Tag that you assign in the Shopify Connector Settings, is the Order Tag that will appear on Sales Orders entering in Zedonk from Shopify. You can create a Sales Order Tag Here.
A Retail Customer is Mandatory to use the Sales Order Import, the Order Tag is advisable for system clarity.
