Multi Locations - Customers - Set customer’s default locations in bulk via Import or Bulk Action

When the Multi-Locations feature is enabled, you can assign Customers in Zedonk a Location to fulfil their Sales Orders. You can set it in bulk via Data Import or Bulk Action.

Set the Customer's default Location (for multiple customers)

Option 1: using Bulk Actions

  1. Go to the Customers area and select the customer records you need to update
  2. Click on the (x) Selected menu > Bulk Actions
  3. Choose Add/Update Customer Location from the Bulk Actions, then Next
  4. Select one of the locations that have been set to fulfil Sales Orders in your System Settings, then Next
  5. Click the Perform Actions button

Option 2: using Data Import - General tool

  1. Go to the Customers area and select the customer records you need to update
  2. Click on the (x) Selected menu > Export CSV
  3. Open the exported CSV file and keep only the Customer and Locations columns
  4. Update the Locations column with locations that have been set to fulfil Sales Orders in your System Settings, then save your changes.
  5. Go to Customers area > Data Import - General
  6. Upload the CSV file you saved in Step 4
  7. Confirm columns to update your Customer records
  8. Confirm the Data Import
