You can create a single or multiple Book Ins/ In Transits/ Returns against a Production Order using the Data Import template.
If you have the Multi Location module, you will now need to specify the inventory location you are importing into on the import file.
This will download a CSV file populated with details from the Production Order
1. DOCKET: Docket Number
2. REFERENCE: Optional, this field populates Book In Reference
To create multiple Book Ins for the same Docket on one upload, you MUST give each Book In a different Reference
3. PRODUCT ID: Details of Products included
4. SIZE: Size listed on docket
5. BARCODE: Corresponding barcode number
6. DOCKET QUANTITY: Total quantity listed on this docket
7. QUANTITY: Units to be in transit/ booked in/ returned
If using barcodes ensure to reformat Barcode column to number format.
If you do not have the barcode module, you can use PRODUCT ID, SIZE as the lookup option
Which Type (In Transit, Book In, or Return)
How you want to lookup the product (Product ID + Size or Barcode)
Then the location you would like to perform this import against. (You can only import into one location at a time per import)
