The stock from the manufacturer has arrived and has been counted. A Book In needs to be created to receive this stock into your inventory for that location.
The 'Pending' quantities you will see on the Book In, will be the pending units specific to that location as outlined when managing the 'Ship To' quantities on the docket.
You can use the 'Autofill' buttons to autofill by line or the full balance for all styles all at once.
Once quantities have been applied, you will not be able to edit the Book In location. You would need to remove the quantities before you can change the location.
Click on the product header on the 'Book In Details' tab to view a breakdown of the quantities per location for that product.
