Sales Orders - Change Currency of a Sales Order

You are able to change the currency on a Sales Order if you have not created any subdocument for the order (PF, DN, IN, CN). If subdocuments have been created, these will need to be made inactive before the currency of the Sales Order can be changed. RE-ACTIVATE the subdocuments and they will be showing in the updated currency

Additional currencies are an optional add on. If you are interested in adding any to your system please reach out via HELLO ZEDONK

From List View search for the Sales Order and click the SO number to access it
Type in the CUSTOMER in the SEARCH field and click on SEARCH
Inside the Sales Order record you can see the Order Currency drop down list
In the top right hand corner you will see the CURRENCY drop down list
Select the new currency from the drop down list
To change the currency , select the new currency from the drop down list

You will only be able to choose from currencies that you have available in your system

If you are sure of the change go ahead and click YES, CHANGE CURRENCY

Your Products prices and totals have now been updated to the new currency
If you are sure, select OK and the order will populate with the new currency
[Save]

(Now RE-ACTIVATE the sub documents if required)
