Sales Orders - Order Status - Locked

Once an order is locked, it cannot be edited or amended and only Users with permission granted are able to unlock

Orders can only be Locked/Unlocked if your user has system permission to do so. If you are unable to access this, you or your system administrator will need to have your User Permissions

Search for the Sales Order and click the SO number to access it
To change the status of the order, click into the Order
Select the status [Locked]
Select the status LOCKED.... (Save and Close)
[Save]
The Orders List View displays a Padlock for Locked Orders
The Orders List View displays the status "Locked" by displaying a gold key
