*NEW* Sales Orders - Bulk Actions - Remove Products in Bulk

You can Edit a selection of Sales Documents at once to Remove products in Bulk.

Bulk Actions will take in consideration your user permissions and only allow you to update documents your user is allowed to update.

This bulk action can only be performed if the selected Sales Orders don't have subdocuments with a QTY, aren't locked, and the product you've selected to remove is not linked to a Production Order.

From List View select the sales orders you wish to Remove Products from
Click on [X Selected] dropdown and click [Bulk Action]
Zedonk will confirm how many records you have selected click [Next]
Select the action you want to make and click [Next]
Follow the instructions on screen to select the product you want to remove from the selected orders, click [Next]
Zedonk gives you a Recap of the action you are about to Perform, select [Perform Action]
Zedonk confirms how many documents have been updated, click [Close]

Some documents might not update because:

  • The document is locked.
  • Your user does not have permission to edit this document.
  • The product did not appear on the document.
  • The document is linked to a Production Order.
Head back to the list view to review your updated documents
